How We Work

Choose with a wider view.
Keep the work connected after the choice.

Euro Vietnam works around the client’s direct factory relationships. Before selection, we put the product and commercial offers on a comparable basis. After selection, we keep the brief, samples, revisions, production actions, packing and inspection requirements connected.

Direct Relationships

Work directly with the factory.

The client should know the manufacturer, meet the people responsible and speak with them directly. Euro Vietnam does not need to hide the relationship or sit between every conversation.

What the factory brings

Its products, pricing, technical information, samples, production and documents.

What Euro Vietnam adds

A view across relevant manufacturers, a clear record of the buyer’s product and commercial context, and local action when factory departments do not stay aligned.

The client keeps the supplier relationship. Euro Vietnam remains accountable for its recommendation and for the local work agreed for the project.

Before the Choice

Put the brief and the offers
on the same basis.

A shortlist is only useful when the factories are answering the same commercial and product question.

  1. 01

    Define the actual product

We start with the benchmark product, technical data, target market, collection position, volume, price range, timing, packaging and documentation that matter to the client.

  2. 02

    Choose a relevant shortlist

Factories are considered for the product in front of us: construction, format, surface, tooling, MOQ, development speed, technical depth, communication, documentation and commercial fit.

  3. 03

    Compare the complete offer

Unit price is reviewed with construction, sample basis, tooling, decor or profile mix, payment, lead time, packing, freight assumptions and any other cost that changes the decision.

  4. 04

    Recommend—and explain why

The recommendation should have reasons the client can test. If a second factory is stronger for part of the collection, or a credible backup is needed, the recommendation should say so.

After the Choice

Keep the product history intact.

An approved sample is not the same as controlled production. A product can change as it moves through factory sales, technical, production, packing and inspection teams.

Samples and revisions

Reference products, technical sheets, sample comments, approved standards and later changes are kept connected so the current decision is clear.

Production and packing

Factory actions, material or tooling changes, timing, labelling, pallet logic and retail presentation are followed against the agreed requirement—not left as separate conversations.

Inspection and release

The inspection basis is defined for the product. Findings are reviewed in context, corrective work is followed locally where required, and the client receives evidence for its release decision.

Euro Vietnam does not control the factory or promise that production problems disappear. It makes the decisions, changes and exceptions visible while there is still time to act.

In Vietnam

Go to the factory
when being there can change the outcome.

Euro Vietnam is present for the points where photographs and email are not enough: first product or factory qualification, sample comparison, changed production, disputed quality, urgent rework, packing problems, loading exceptions and senior management escalation.

Stable repeat work does not require Nick at every check. Factory staff, trained inspectors and defined reporting can handle routine work. Nick goes when judgement, access or immediate action can materially change the decision.

One Current Record

The work should not live
in scattered emails and chat threads.

Euro Vietnam uses live order, task and pre-shipment inspection records to keep product data, responsibilities, factory updates and evidence connected.

Orders and tasks

On current work, factory staff update defined actions and order information directly. Nick can see what is complete, what is late and what needs a decision.

Product-specific PSI

Inspection templates record the agreed checks, measurements, photographs and signatures for the product. Completed reports can be locked as a reviewable release record.

The judgement remains human

The system makes routine work visible. It does not choose the factory, decide whether a defect matters commercially or release a shipment by itself.

Where Euro Vietnam Fits

Useful where judgement or continuity still matters.

Strong fit

Euro Vietnam is most useful when a client is developing a product, comparing credible factories, trying to understand quotations that are difficult to compare, revising samples, introducing a new construction, dealing with packing or quality problems, or needing a senior person to act locally.

Where we add little

If the client already has a proven factory, a stable repeat product, capable local staff and mature quality controls, Euro Vietnam may add little. We will say so.

Start with the decision you need to make, not a request for an anonymous list of factories.
